Do you accept credit cards or checks?

Imperial Class Tattoo only accepts Cash.

Can I make an appointment over the phone or via email?

We do not make appointments over the phone or through email. All appointments with Imperial Class Tattoo must be made in person and we require a cash deposit up front to reserve a private time slot for you with one of our award winning tattoo artists.

How much will my tattoo cost?

Come on in and talk to us so we can determine how much your tattoo will cost. There are many variables that going into delivering a high quality tattoo such as size, shape, and location of body.

Do you take walk ins?

Yes we do however walk ins are a first come first serve basis. Ideally we recommend you come in and talk to us about what you want so we can schedule you a private non rushed appointment to exceed your expectations.

How old do I have to be to legally obtain a tattoo with one of your award winning tattoo artists?

In the state of Florida you must be at least 16 years of age and your parent, parents or a legal guardian must be present to sign a legal permission slip that must be notarized in our presence. Aside from that without a parent or legal guardian you must be at least 18 years of age. You must also bring us a legal and valid government issued photo ID such as your driver’s license, military ID, and or a valid passport. We do not accept school ID’s or any other form of identification that is not issued by the government.

How old do I have to be to get pierced by one of your professional body piercers?

The requirements are the same as getting tattooed with the exception that you can be 15 years of age proving your parent, parents or legal guardian is present with you to sign a legal permission slip that must be notarized in our presence. Otherwise you must be 18 years of age and you must also bring us a legal and valid government issued photo ID such as your driver’s license, military ID, and or a valid passport. We do not accept school ID’s or any other form of identification that is not issued by the government.

If I am intoxicated “Drugs or Alcohol” or any substance for that matter. Can I still get tattooed by one of your award winning tattoo artists or can I get a piercing by one of your professional body piercers?

NO! Absolutely not!
This is unprofessional, unethical and dangerous. We are award winning tattoo artists. If you want to get drunk and get a crappy tattoo then you may want to get a tattoo at the Sanford Flea market or by a shoddy tattoo artist’s in one of the many surrounding tattoo parlors.

Will getting a tattoo hurt?

Getting a tattoo feels like sandpaper rubbing your skin, or feels like a kitten is licking you as “Patrick AKA the Bear likes to say. Some parts of the body are more sensitive than other parts. If you are sober and can sit still and relax then you will do just fine. Aside from that it helps to eat a good meal before you come in and get tattooed.

Will getting a body piercing hurt?

The answer is as long as you are sober and eat a meal before you get pierced then the getting pierced by one of our professional body piercers will not be painful. There can be pressure or mild discomfort however getting pierced by one of professional body piercers will not be a painful experience.

If I have sunburn or if my skin is peeling, can I get a tattoo?

NO! Not only will this amplify the pain and discomfort it is also dangerous and simply put unethical. We care about our valued clients and want your tattoo to exceed your expectations so hold off and wait until your sunburn goes away.

Can I bring my child or my children with me?

Absolutely, we love children as long as they are well behaved and you bring another adult to watch them in our cozy waiting room while you are being tattooed or pierced.

Are there any parts of the body you will not tattoo?

As professional and ethical tattoo artists we will not tattoo your face. “Unless” you are already heavily tattooed and being inked heavily is your thing.

What about tattoo aftercare Instructions?

Gently remove your bandage after 2 hours and do not re bandage your tattoo.
This is very important.

First wash your hands with an antibacterial soap for 2 solid minutes then you can GENTLY wash your tattoo with lukewarm water and antibacterial soap. “Remember to wash your hands first” before you touch your tattoo. And NO PICKING!!!!! Do not use a wash cloth, sponge or anything except your CLEAN HANDS to gently wash your tattoo. After you gently wash your tattoo for 2 solid minutes then you can GENTLY pat your tattoo with a dry paper towel. Repeat this process 3-4 times per day for the first 5 days. This will ensure your tattoo heals correctly thus leaving you with a beautiful tattoo.

After your have gently washed and dried your tattoo then you are ready to GENTLY rub a very thin layer of AQUAPHOR ointment on your tattoo to help your tattoo heal safely. This keeps your new tattoo moisturized and helps ensure your skin heals in a safe and speedy manner.

During the healing process do NOT expose your tattoo to direct sunlight, swimming pool water, hot tubs, the ocean or any water with the exception of a shower.

During the healing process it is normal for your skin to peel. DO NOT pick at your tattoo no matter how much it may or may not itch.
